Coffee and Conversation #92 – What’s an Omnibus?

Good morning and welcome to Coffee and Conversation #92 – hosted by PatAndCandy.com!

Coffee & Conversation with Pat and Candy!

Since I talked to you last week about the Ultimate Bundles, I have to admit today I feel somewhat like a carnival salesman. But, like I would want to share any good news with a good friend, well, here I am ~

…and I’m so stinkin’ excited to be sharing this with you today! Let me tell you why…

You may have figured out by now that Candy and I have a true passion to help others be the best parents and home educators they can be.

We’ve been at this for many years, but I have to admit that even over the course of that time, as much as I’ve cherished all the moments with my kiddos, nothing else feels quite like being able to distill those years of experience and learning to encourage yet another generation of homeschoolers!

Which brings me to why I’m so excited about my news.

You may have seen the advertisements we’ve had on the site about the Ultimate Bundles this past week, a collection of amazing resources to help you manage your home and family, and take care of yourself, even better than you may be doing now! (One thing I’ve learned over time is that we can all use some help now and again…)

Well, this week we have yet another wonderful collection of resources, and while anyone with a family will appreciate most of them, this one is primarily for homeschooling families – and we have 2 of our own resources in the bundle! (And that’s what I’m so excited about!!!)

An “omnibus” is a collection of previously-published materials presented together in a collection, and this isn’t the first year the iHomeschool Network has worked hard at pulling a collection like this together. They’re great at looking through the myriad of materials they receive and pulling out the very best: well-done products on super-helpful topics, with information you can put to use!

Even with my years of experience, I’ve still found both information and encouragement for my own journey – and I think you will, too!

Homeschool Omnibus

This information-packed collection of e-books, MP3s (for on-the-go learning) and DVDs, valued at over $420 (if you were buying them separately), is available to you for only $25!!!

Just click on the image to see the titles, download the catalog, or place your order.  But do it TODAY – ’cause the sale is over on Sunday, May 8th (in time for Mother’s Day!).

Now on to this week’s features!

Summer is just around the corner, and I guess many of you must be planning at least a road trip or two, ’cause Tonya’s article on TheSunnyPatch seemed to be a definite reader’s fav!

Hey, ladies! Linking up here for the first time, and looking for a button to put on my site so I can spread the word? Am I just obtuse? Thanks for your hospitality!
