Coffee and Conversation Link Party #39

Welcome to Coffee and Conversation #39!  Candy’s been experiencing some major computer problems :-(, so I’m filling in for her this week! I’m super thankful you’re here today, and happy to be offering some terrific features to encourage you in your parenting efforts today 🙂

C & C 39 Features

If you didn’t last week… make sure you check out these cool and creative features:

1) Pulling from the book of Galatians, Becky suggests 10 Scriptures to Pray for Your Children

2 )Although neither one of us (neither Candy nor I) are middle children, there’s alot we can learn about all our kids in Bonnie’s “Dear Middle Child – A Letter From Mom”  (And I love her blog name: “Espressos of Faith”!

3) Is there anything sweeter than when you secretly “catch” your kids being kind to each other?  I think not!  And Jenny reminds us how important it is to let them know we was them, in “Praising Children for Being Kind”

4) And, Abi gives us some practical steps to stomp out rudeness…starting in our own homes, in “How to Eliminate Rudeness in Your Own Home”

Hope you ladies will grab a button…

And the Usual Party Business (Please read before adding your links)

  • Link up family friendly posts that support our site’s mission of encouraging, informing, and inspiring women. Think: marriage, parenting, recipes, DIY, saving money, faith-building, etc.  (Serious business…Link up vulgarity and it’ll be deleted.)

  • Don’t link posts that have been linked here previously.

  • Visit other links so that you, too, can be encouraged, informed, and inspired. That’s what makes this a par-tay! Plus, it’s kinda the polite thing to do.

  • Linking up gives us permission to use and share your photos and blog posts (giving credit to you, of course!).

  • Link back to us in your post or on your blog. You can use the Coffee & Conversation button on the side bar or a text link.

  • You don’t have to, but we’d love for you to “follow” us in some way. FacebookTwitterPinterest,Google+…

Pat, thank you so much for hosting this wonderful link up! I’ve found so many like minded ladies here, and helpful posts! We have something in common – after rearing four children and having an almost empty nest (also homeschooling) I woke up and realized I was older too! And I floundered around for about a year wondering if I still had a purpose in life. So you bought a coffee shop – that is lovely! I decided to step up the blog and write more. We all need a little something our own, I think – that way we don’t breathe down our grown children’s neck’s!

Your site is wonderful and I will be back. 🙂

Oh my, Ruthie it certainly sounds like we’re kindred spirits! So very glad you found us…and looking forward to getting to know you! Love your blog, too, and you certainly DON’T look old enough to be a ‘Gigi’ yet 😉
      Keep writing!!!

Oh, my goodness! Thank you so much for featuring my Espressos of Faith blog! So kind. Going to share, tweet, etc.! So happy to join you all. (PS The link to the Middle Child blog doesn’t seem to be working.) Thanks again! I need to learn to do more with Canva and put fun words on photos. Learning something new and inspiring every week. 🙂 Love the posts here!

    Blessings!
